Terms of Use

These terms are the deal between you and Girl Nezt Door. Using the app means you accept them. If you don't, please don't sign up.
Who can join
You must be 18 or older. You may keep one account, give true information about yourself, and keep your sign-in private. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we may decline or remove accounts that can't be verified or that break these terms.
How to treat people
Be kind and be honest. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, pressure or stalk anyone, or keep contacting someone who has gone quiet or blocked you;
- pretend to be someone else, or use photos or details that aren't yours;
- share sexual content involving anyone under 18 (we report this to the authorities), or unwanted explicit content with anyone;
- ask members for money, or promote scams, spam or other services;
- collect other members' information, or use the app for anything other than meeting people.
You can block or report anyone from their profile or a chat. We review reports and may warn, limit or remove accounts. Decisions are ours to make, and we'll tell you when we act on your account.
Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to other members as the app works — for example, your résumé on your profile or a message to the person you sent it to. You're responsible for what you post.
Membership and payments
The app is free for women. Men pay a membership of $3.88 per month plus applicable sales tax (about $4.20 in total where the rate is 8.25%). It renews each month until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from Membership; you keep access until the period you paid for ends. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number. Without an active membership you can still read and reply to conversations that already exist, but can't start new ones, like members or post Lets.
The Wingmate (AI)
The Wingmate uses an AI model to suggest wording for your résumé, opening messages and date ideas. Every member gets 7 free prompts in any rolling 6-day window; each prompt after that costs $2.30 and is bought in advance, and bought prompts don't expire. A prompt that fails or is declined isn't counted. Purchased prompts are not refundable once used. The Wingmate can be wrong or awkward — read what it writes before you send it; you're responsible for what you send. Please don't put other people's private details into it.
Meeting in person
We can't guarantee who anyone is or how they will behave, even when they're verified. Meeting people is your decision and your risk — read our Safety tips first.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time from Account; it permanently removes your profile, conversations and keepsakes. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. If we end a paid membership because of your conduct, we won't refund the current month.
Limits on our responsibility
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for what members say or do, for interruptions, or for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using the app after that means you accept it.
